I leased a home from the owner of top gun realty, Keith Robertson. Admittedly, my credit left a lot to be desired however, I put down two months rent as a deposit. There were multiple things wrong with the rental property when I moved in. All things that the agent, Faye, assured me would be fixed before I moved in - with the exception of the driveway (it was like off roading-and I have a 4wheel drive Jeep).
