Kathy went well beyond any realtor we have ever worked with. She knew the ins and outs of the large and small details of purchasing on the beach. She helped us put in a timely competitive offer within our budget and we got the home! Even when the listing realtor was MIA she filled in the gaps so we could close on time. Then after the closing she surprised us with a beach themed house warming gift. She made it appear a seamless process for us, but it was anything but that for her. Thank you for finding us our retirement home.
