Hosts 100% need more training on hospitality. Their attitudes weren’t something I’d want to be the front face of a business. Everyone & everything else was amazing! :)
Pros: -There is food -Convenience of food and golf -Great Views -Golf mini games -Great for people who aren't regular golfers Cons: -Prices (Overpriced) -Lack of food on plate -Wait time -Service is hit and miss (Usually not the best) I just never got the hype. The food is overpriced for only a small amount of food because it's "Gourmet Food". The wait is pretty long, and after being on the wait list and asking if we can use the down-payment for a later reservation on our bay now. They said no and we would not get our money ... read more
Had a great experience at this location recently and wanted to acknowledge the attentiveness, kindness and warm welcome from Autumn, Jacqueline and Kathy! This mixture of servers and management crushed it during our visit. Food was yummy, but the service was outstanding. Truly appreciate moments like this where friends and family are so well taken care of, and we will definitely be back to this location again ... Appreciate you ladies very much!
It was our first time at Topgolf and honestly, not impressed. No one explained what to do when we arrived. Service was slow, drinks and food were nothing special. Not worth the price overall.
Make sure you bring your physical ID. Because ig you have to “legally” bring your Id with you everywhere.
