Booked a corporate event and booking manager kept saying corporate bookings or group bookings get best bay view at top floors. However when we as group went there during day of booking, we were given first floor and second and third floor were unavailable. They should provide option to book bays as per choice for packages costly tan regular ones and unfortunately they do not and exploit group bookings concept.
I enjoyed my time at Top Golf San Jose. Jackie and Leo were absolutely fabulous . They really did a good job of helping me and my family have a tremendous experience at topgolf. They are both fabulous at customer service. Thank you both so much.
Malei! She's the bestest customer service representative EVER! She really engages with the customers, and she has a sense of humor. Definitely promote this woman.
