Dear Topgolf Customer Support, I am writing to share my recent experience at Topgolf, which was unfortunately very disappointing. My group had booked two bays almost four days in advance and we checked in 15 minutes early. Despite this, we were assigned to the ground floor, last two bays, which were the least desirable spots and significantly impacted our playing experience. Worst service and the reception people made waited us for 3 hours and then removed us from the waiting list without any intimation and made wait us again for 40 mins.
A little hiccup but great customer service training and awesome management goes a long away !! Super satisfied!!
