This place is awesome! Friendly staff, super fun, delicious food, at a good affordable price, really enjoyed my first time, definitely going back soon!

This may be the worst TopGolf in the entire franchise. I have visited many, I live in Atlanta, so I frequent the Alpharetta one. I have been to the one in Allen several times, and typically try to visit them when visiting other cities. We visited on Friday, July 1 around 3:30pm, since it was a work day it wasn't really busy. This is my second time to a Topgolf facility. Our initial trip was to the one in Oklahoma City. We had a really good time there and had really no complaints. So we decided to check out the one in the colony in Texas. Very fast service everybody was very friendly. We arrived around 7 p.m. and they were very busy but being members already we were able to get a bay within 10 minutes. Our server was great, everybody was helpful, and we had a great time! Good food, good times!
Absolutely love the concept, hate that the employees do not know answers to basic questions. We wanted to play for 2 hours (which spanned the $20-$40 window) We were told we would be charged $20/hour if we payed ahead for 2 hours, during the $20 window. That is false. Also, the computers are confusing and difficult to use, we had to contact the waitress to do something as simple as add time.
