We started with the best waitress ever and then got she got switched out. Our 2nd waitress kept checking our time as I think she wanted to leave. Had to hunt her down to order more beers. This is the 2nd time trying The Colony Toogolf out and both times very disappointing! Have done the one in Austin and it was awesome. Maybe time to go to the Allen one but the colony no good experiences. Food was excellent though little pricey but great! Hence the for rating.
This was my first time at a TopGolf... though the group of people I was with had been before. Even though I'm not a golfer, we had a blast. I'm very big on customer service, as it is what I do for my job, and their reaction to a mistake is what made our experience! We had orders some apps and after 1 + hour we hadn't received them. We had so much fun with golf, dancing with Dj, food and friends, we absabsolutely loved it! For sure we gonna be backback soon.
We had a great time! The timing of food to play was a little off, but it worked out in the end. The beginning was a bit confusing since the pricing structure changed and I had $$ on my card to spend. I will definitely review the new pricing because I ended up paying more this time than I was prepared to spend.
We've been here about a year & finally went, when our NY friends came to visit. Not sure why we waited so long to go... Great atmosphere! Everyone had a good time, especially the kiddos! 😊🏌🏻👍🏻
This was my first time here and I really enjoyed it! There were 5 of us, half with true golfing experience. We all enjoyed our time so much we stayed 2 hours. We also ordered their nachos to snack on (which were surprisingly quite delicious) and drinks. The server was super attentive, polite and very pleasant to work with! She let us know when our first hour was about to run out and asked us if we wanted to extend our time or if we were ready to end our hour session.
