Lack of service. Same thing last time and we received a $10 gift card. Tried to use it today and it’s only been two months. Thought to give them another chance and on top of bad service; apparently our $10 gift card was not valid either! We will be going to the one in Allen or Dallas. Those locations are ran a LOT better.
