I came to enjoy a day out with friends. I probably had the worst experience of my life. The Hostess came by and took our order, I ordered my drink and told her when she finished with everyone else to come back and get my food order, because I would be ready by then. She never came back, we had to hunt her down. I ordered my food and another drink because the drink that I had was not mix correctly. This place is awesome and cheaper than bowling. The more you have the cheaper is gets since you all divide the hourly cost. Service is good. Food is good. The only complaint and reason I didn’t give it 5 Stars is the game scoring was lagging and seemed like it was not scoring us correctly. It’s never done that on my previous visits
Great day overall, however, service in the Choctaw Rooftop Terrace was non-existent. Once we got to our bay (211), Alex did a great job. Her replacement at shift change did too, I just never got her name.
Had my first Top Golf outing tonight and I was so impressed with the whole experience. The staff was super friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and a fun time was had by all from age 3 to 51. Definitely will be back. Very relaxing family fun!
We took the family since the kids kept begging. It was so frustrating that after spending approx $400. We had to extent our use of the table just to finish the over priced food!!
Visited on a weekday with 16 kids and 9 adults. Service was excellent. Food was well priced and tasted great. Server Nicole was on top of everything we needed and Zavier our platinum host was extremely attentive and engaging. I would definitely have another gathering here and highly recommend it to others.
It’s a fun time for all regardless of golf skill. A great opportunity for family time. The food is excellent and the server is always friendly and consistent. I highly recommend.
We had been to Top Golf in Austin and loved it. When we moved here, we really wanted to go to Top Golf again and finally did! We sat at the main bar and waited a while to get waited on but we understood. Waits happen on Saturday. We had also asked for a 2nd or 3rd floor bay. When we got a text about our bay being on the first floor, we were confused. We went to the service desk and they fixed it all so quickly and had us on the 3rd floor in a matter of minutes. Everyone was so friendly and the service in bay was amazing too.
Always have enjoyed going to top golf, have an always enjoyed the wait. Was excited to hear of many of the new features, including the ability to get on a waiting list in advance online. Upon further inspection the Liz extremely disappointed to hear the cost of $50 to put yourself on a waiting list and not even be able to use that money towards gameplay-this needs to be reconsidered, highway robbery if you ask me So we did not pay $50 to put our name on a list with no other benefit, and went enjoyed ourselves at the bar.
