There's no sense of urgency in their service. I'm resigned to the fact that I have to wait an inordinate amount of time for everything.
It was my daughter 20th birthday! It was our first time my husband and both son's loved it to will be going back and the waiter was great always asking if we needed anything!
We were told that the wait would be an hour so we went to have lunch in the restaurant. Checked back after lunch and we still had 5 groups in front of us. Waited another 45 minutes before deciding to leave since we had to get a sitter to even go out without our kids. Total wait was an hour and 45 minutes before deciding to leave. Service in the restaurant/bar area was slow and food was just ok.
I tried flirting with Julie but my game was off. I complemented her on her dimples but everyone thought I said “you have big nipples” and I didn’t say that. My pick up lines where off, could have shaved. I hope next time my game is up to par, illl give myself 2 stars. But Julie is worth 5 stars for sure! Great job
If this would have been my first Top Golf experience, I would not be too inclined to visit any other locations. Greatful that I’ve been to other Top Golf locations that have more than exceeded my expectations. While the staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful with respect to our gaming problems... it’s not too likely that I would return to this location unless it gets a systems upgrade.
I bought a lifetime membership in Charlotte NC, I got here and learned they charge differently and I'd have to buy a new lifetime membership there at a 700% increase. Luckily I had my card on me and got in there and was gifted two free games. It's a franchise business and should be the same at every location or roughly similar.
First timer as we were visiting from Michigan. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Even though it was below zero degrees outside, we were still warmed by the plentiful array of heaters.
