Needed to see someone for post surgery wound care. Mendy Ebberts did a great job connecting us to Theresa Kellerman (wound/ostomy). She got us right in and we were advised to see Dr Redger. Kara Hoffman got us set up with him same day and he addressed the issue between surgeries. Couldn’t be more pleased with how attentive and prompt all these professionals were with taking care of my issue!! Thanks and high regards to all.

Mendy L Ebberts told my wife that she would fill out her Medical LOA paperwork so she could get back to work. This was over a week ago. We came back today just to find that not only did she not send her paperwork, she didn't even bother to fill it out. We had to have a RN in the office fill it out for us. My wife could've lost her job if this paperwork wasn't sent. Mendy also told staff at some point, that she "was not going to fill it out".. this was after my wife had left the paperwork with her again! This is ridiculous, a... read more
