Put in my 30 day notice even made a copy and they put me down as evicted still, even tho I always payed my rent on time. So it prevented me from getting into other places because they lied and put me down as evicted even tho i gave a 30 day notice and was out before the 30 days was even up. Went without ac for 2 months on a 3rd level floor 7 and 8 months pregnant. They never answer the phone or fix anything in a timely manner. Very nasty and rude when you do finally get someone on the phone I'd give this 0 stars if I could.
Maintenance people fixed leaky dishwasher in under 2 hours.
Once they know...you won't be renewing your lease...they are miserable to work with...had lots of plumbing issues...bare minimum done to fix anything...
