Initially, we went to Topeka Pharmacy because it was close, convenient, and easy. Over the past twenty-five years, we have come to love the people who work there. They go out of their way to provide efficient, caring, service. John and I trust them completely with our health care needs. Last year, we moved to Goshen. We still drive back to Topeka for our pharmacy needs.
Today was my first experience with the pharmacy. I spoke with Tom, was able to email my son's RX and insurance card over to ensure the RX was ready when my husband picks it up after work. I got a call back within 10 minutes from Tom saying it was ready for pickup and making sure my son receives his 1st dose asap. Thankfully, he received his 1st dose at the ER, so will be ok until my husband gets home from work. You can't beat that kind of personal service and care!!
