We paid my husband's balance from June 2024 as soon as we received the bill, on 08/26/24. On 09/27/24 we received another bill. Since Topeka Pathology does not have any contact information available we called their third party billing group. I gave them the check number, amount paid, and date cashed, to prove payment. They have sent me two bills now from their 3rd party saying it's late. I have the receipt saying "paid." I've tried telling them and they said they would open an investigation into it and try finding the $24.28 that I already paid. The guy told me to ignore the bill, then they send me another one. Billing Dept is not good at doing their job. They need to find someone else to take care of their billing. If we could have gone through someone else we would have. I paid in full last year for services. Got billed again for it with the letter saying they just changed billing provider. I check my mail once a week. It says the statement date is April 09 and to reply promptly, within one month, to avoid delinquency…I received the letter anywhere from April 28- may 2. That’s not the whole month. Seeing from the other reviews hopefully I’m not in for a ride.

Funny how you log in to the site and it says "paid in full" yet I'm getting one letter in the mail saying "final notice" that $20 is owed and they are sending it to collections. No calls, no previous notice, no unpaid balance, nothing. Fix your billing. Companies like this are the reason people don't like going to the doctor. As for reviews I'd say stay away from this place unless you don't care about your credit taking a hit.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This outfit wrongfully billed me for services I never recieved. I have been back and forth with them and my insurance company has been back and forth with them for nearly one year now. I've been billed twice. I sent two hard copy letters to the billing manager Tammy S. and they want to tell me that they can't provide a letter in writing that I no longer am responsible for these charges. Nope.
