They billed me for services they did not perform. My husband had lab work done at a different facility however they indicated that the charges were for INTERPRETATION of the lab work. The other facility confirmed that the charges were not valid and offered to contact them to prevent future bills for the same thing that they told me would be sent to me soon. Tried to work with the accounting office for seven months on a bill. They kept sending it to the wrong insurance address. I requested a supervisor call back, but no one called me back. Tried the office line, but kept getting the answering service . Still working on it.

Looks like everyone is having the exact same issue, what is going on with this company? I continue to get a bill that I have paid. I have called and sent them proof FIVE TIMES

We paid my husband's balance from June 2024 as soon as we received the bill, on 08/26/24. On 09/27/24 we received another bill. Since Topeka Pathology does not have any contact information available we called their third party billing group. I gave them the check number, amount paid, and date cashed, to prove payment. They said it would be forwarded to their investigation department and we shouldn't hear from them again. In October we got another bill, so I called them on 10/17/24.
