Looks like everyone is having the exact same issue, what is going on with this company? I continue to get a bill that I have paid. I have called and sent them proof FIVE TIMES

We paid my husband's balance from June 2024 as soon as we received the bill, on 08/26/24. On 09/27/24 we received another bill. Since Topeka Pathology does not have any contact information available we called their third party billing group. I gave them the check number, amount paid, and date cashed, to prove payment. They said it would be forwarded to their investigation department and we shouldn't hear from them again. In October we got another bill, so I called them on 10/17/24. They have sent me two bills now from their 3rd party saying it's late. I have the receipt saying "paid." I've tried telling them and they said they would open an investigation into it and try finding the $24.28 that I already paid. The guy told me to ignore the bill, then they send me another one. Billing Dept is not good at doing their job. They need to find someone else to take care of their billing. If we could have gone through someone else we would have. I paid in full last year for services. Got billed again for it with the letter saying they just changed billing provider. I check my mail once a week. It says the statement date is April 09 and to reply promptly, within one month, to avoid delinquency…I received the letter anywhere from April 28- may 2. That’s not the whole month. Seeing from the other reviews hopefully I’m not in for a ride.
