I paid in full last year for services. Got billed again for it with the letter saying they just changed billing provider. I check my mail once a week. It says the statement date is April 09 and to reply promptly, within one month, to avoid delinquency…I received the letter anywhere from April 28- may 2. That’s not the whole month. Seeing from the other reviews hopefully I’m not in for a ride.
Funny how you log in to the site and it says "paid in full" yet I'm getting one letter in the mail saying "final notice" that $20 is owed and they are sending it to collections. No calls, no previous notice, no unpaid balance, nothing. Fix your billing. Companies like this are the reason people don't like going to the doctor. As for reviews I'd say stay away from this place unless you don't care about your credit taking a hit.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. This outfit wrongfully billed me for services I never recieved. I have been back and forth with them and my insurance company has been back and forth with them for nearly one year now. I've been billed twice. Sent me a bill 14 months later with two weeks to pay it. Very annoying as we are in the middle of the mortgage process and if they were to send it to collections that would negatively affect me. Especially since I have insurance and it’s COVERED.
Sent a bill that I didn’t even know about to collections. I legitimately did not even know that I had a bill with the pathology group. I assumed my insurance covered everything because I never heard anything from them.
