Easy access - Seward is OPEN ! Food was awesome, plenty of room to sit, friendly atmosphere. Cant wait for the next food sale :)
WOW!! Had to change my review, gotta says hats off to Kathy V , her and her staff have been doing an amazing job with The Lulac Center, Lulac is so much more active now, the Center gets full with seniors that are staying active, and I'm honored J have joined the The Lulac Council of Topeka, look forward to helping out our Local LULAC.
