The only reason that I didn't give it 1star is because of the parking being secure. They say that Casson is a non smoking building, that's not true. They don't enforce it at all. Pets, smoking, people coming and going as they please who don't live there, you name it. I didn't get what I signed up for.
The housing authority sucks and needs to be shut down. Romi Anderson is in charge of it and is running it into the ground. I gave it one star only because zero stars wasn't an option

I filled out my application in a couple months ago my number on the waitlist jumped drastically in the first two days but hasn't changed at all since I have called every extension on the phone number and I have received voicemails every single time I'm pretty confused on what the employees are doing if the app isn't being updated numbers aren't moving phones aren't being answered voicemails aren't being returned emails are only being returned with the exact same email how am I supposed to get any of my questions answered if ... read more
