Fantastic art and stories throughout NOTO. I was able to watch some artists working on some of them and was amazed at their creativity. You need to check them out.
I would not call it an attraction. It is a gas station with some art on it. I was thinking this was going to be a place to take pictures, it was not.
Beautiful art although not in the safest part of town. Don't go after dark
