I had to wait a good 45-60 mins but i was not an emergency. When i was seen, very apologetic and gave me undivided attention.

Im a little late with this review but here goes. Its always scary when you have to go to the ER, then you have to think about the paperwork and the headaches to go along with it even before you're seen by a doctor. When we arrived, the first person we dealt with was a lady named Pamela. She is the most helpful, positive, upbeat person we have even met. She made the whole ordeal painless, which is a plus when you're at a Hospital...haha. Good job Topeka ER Hospital.

I had a pinched nerve in my neck that had been causing me severe pain in my shoulder and arm for a couple weeks, And waking up in the middle of the night with severe pain.. I had been working with my sports medicine physician and physical therapist, but due to inflammation, there was not much that coukd be done, and I was told by my sports medicine physician that I needed to get an MRI of my neck so he could see exactly what was going on. I am thankful for the Topeka ER and Hospital. The staff, nurses and doctor were expedient in helping with my situation and figuring out the right solution. Every single person we’re friendly and genuinely caring.
