Someone named Kerry was rude, presumptuous, accusatory, and disrespectful. The employee I spoke with first was professional and helpful, but then Kerry got involved. I'll go elsewhere. Thank you to the employee who was helping me initially.
Asked for a quote, in comparison to others I had to chase him for the quote. And when finally provided with one it was triple the asking of other companies.
Thank you for the amazing service Kerry! Several other repair shops refused service but Kerry and the team managed to make the rear look brand new. Really appreciate your workmanship. Thanks again.
