Worst service I've ever experienced. The stylist was extremely rude and even yelled at me during the appointment. The customer service was terrible — they don’t listen to you and instead respond aggressively. I specifically asked for long layers, but she gave me a basic U-cut. When I tried to express my concerns, she dismissed them and insisted she was right instead of trying to understand. Completely unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Vicky, thank you for a great choice for my hair colouring and a great haircut! I love it! You also gave an amazing head massage. There's been many compliments with my new look. I am ready for my niece's wedding. You make me feel so good and look so good!
The stylist is always mean and rude and she ruined my bangs.
