I cut my hair with Laura a few times in the past and she always done an ok job. But today was not the case. She cut my hair with such a rush (there was only me at the salon), did not even check if my hair was even in both sides, and literally spent only 10 minutes cutting my hair. I've been going to this location for over a decade. I've used a number of stylists - Oleg, Carol, Laura - and I want to say how absolutely delighted I have always been and continue to be. These stylists are more like family: so friendly, so welcoming, so very social: I look forward to every visit and come out glowing. It goes without saying that a friendly ambiance is not enough: I need a quality cut. And that is precisely what I get every, single time. Very unprofessional I called before I came in ask if they can do something for me yes for sure come in get there sorry no don't tell a customer yes and as soon as they travel to get there it's the opposite

I have been coming to this location for at least 10 years. I have never had a problem. I dont have a regular stylist and have always been happy with my cuts. Great experience and atmosphere!
