The owners are very attentive & care about their tenants & property. It's very secured. It's my 1st time having a storage unit. My best friend has had several and says it's the cleanest facility he's ever seen and I have to agree. I've ended up getting another. Go get one to help support a LOCAL business! Oh yeah, they are very serious about bugs! They treat for them! Don't bring those!
My experience has been wonderful. The units are clean and spacious. The owners are friendly and very helpful and always make it way to help you with anything. They are the best of the best.
I never in a million years ever thought I would need a storage unit. And after all the stories of hearing them get broken into, deterred me even more. When my boyfriend moved in, we had no choice. The owners were transparent, never any rising costs, kept everything clean, secure, Bluetooth app showing when your unit has been opened and by whom, and made themselves available 24/7. We love this storage facility! Always clean, air controlled, & the owners are so nice! My Bluetooth wasn’t working properly in order to open the door to get to my unit & the owner personally came to unlock for me at a moments notice! Couldn’t recommend this facility enough! If you’re looking for a safe & awesome storage experience, TopCity is the place for you!
