I used to go to this pharmacy, but then they could not fill my all of my prescriptions for some reason. I returned recently and they had all new, super friendly staff, and now they can fill my all of my medications. I am back.
Been going to this pharmacy for over 2 years with the same scripts. The new lady flat out refused to fill or order my script. She was nasty and rude. I will never go there again because of her.
Just moved to area from Ohio & was very disappointed in local pharmacies for both their poor attitudes (I assume is due to the outrageous pill problem in Florida) as well as being out of most medications needed w/ no intention on ordering more until the next week! I have never seen such a mess! I surely did not have these issues in Ohio.. But back to TopCare, luckily I was referred there by a local resident & I was extremely happy with their service. HELP!!! I use to like this pharmacy because of the customer service including I have several narcotics having reinjured my back that I had back surgery before. it is hard as it is to get my prescription filled anywhere here in Orange Park, FL. however I was just told that they are unable to fill my narcotic prescription unless I have three non narcotic prescriptions. 5 Stars! I guess yahoo is screwing up.� My husband and I love this pharmacy. We used to go to walmart, but with walmart they ALWAYS gave us problems. Not one time did things go the way it was suppose to there.�We had to fight them every time my husband had to get a prescription. �But Top Care? Amazing. Not one problem. They have never given us any inconvenience what so ever.
