I’ve been a patient of Dr Lena for years, and she’s always been amazing, which is why this is so disappointing. Around 6–8 months ago she treated me and told me to let her know if the infection came back. Unfortunately, it has returned, and despite calling multiple times, reception has refused to pass my message on to her or let me speak with her. I’m not asking reception for medical advice. Thanks Dr Lena! You are the best! I had a wisdom tooth root which my previous dentist broke during removal and couldn’t get out. my face swelled up from infection and I ended up in hospital emergency last Saturday night. Dr Lena came highly recommended by my ED doctor, she fitted me in immediately on a Sunday, drained my infection and removed the root for me! Everything went smoothly and painlessly! I am recovering well and very grateful!

I visited this clinic about 6 months ago for treatment of a decayed tooth. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. After the initial treatment, my tooth was still aching badly, so I went back for a second visit. I was only given medication and reassured that everything had been done correctly. This is the most unprofessional dental practice I've ever visited. The entire clinic consists of just two staff members - the dentist and the receptionist (who happens to be the dentist's mother). The receptionist gave me the distinct impression that money is her only concern. Even for basic preliminary questions, she refused to provide any information unless I first paid the consultation fee.
