Overall villa was good. Maid and security services were very helpful. Enjoyed havimg limites neighbors. Big on privacy. Had a few minor issues: Unit 7: toilet seat was broken Unit 4: television was in store promo mode. Restroon needed proper ventilation. Extremly muggy. Both refridgerators was not staying cold enough. Recommendations: Move a lounge furniture away from basketball ball court. I had to pay 20 dollars to replace a 5.00 plastic table that the ball hit. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our experience. From our initial booking, to quick questions we had while at the compound, the team was incredibly responsive. The chef and maid service was hands down the best part. We took recommendations from the chef on daily meals and was never disappointed. The only subpar experience was the yacht. It was just a fishing boat. But the crew that serviced us went over and beyond to ensure our trip was fun. They even made a last minute change to accommodate an eating allergy to one ... read more

Company is legit! Villa was as shown, the service team was incredible (shout out Armando). Payment was easy to coordinate between the entire group. Communication was on point. Only hiccup was the boat we were promised "wasn't available", but we still got another one (just not as nice).
