Topaz Remodeling did a fantastic job for a fair price on or bathroom remodel and laundry room tile floor replacement. Their project manager, Jonathan (Yoni) Skaist was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the project including helping us pick materials. We also had a plumbing leak that caused extensive damage to some flooring and drywall. We recently renovated our kitchen and are extremely happy with the results. The team was professional, patient, and attentive to every detail throughout the process. They helped guide us through decisions, stayed on schedule, and kept the work area clean and organized. Communication was clear from start to finish, which made the whole experience much less stressful. The final kitchen looks beautiful, functions perfectly, and truly exceeded our expectations. I recently hired Topaz Remodeling to replace my front porch, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The project involved ripping out the original porch surface, installing a drain (the original builder had never properly hooked it up, leading to leaks), and fixing the damage caused by the leaks, which had destroyed the sub floor, hardwood, and even affected the basement ceiling. Topaz went above and beyond with their service and in fixing/replacing our deck, gutters, and roof cleaning. A few unexpected things came up and they always ensured to let us know right away and offer several solutions. Knowing my spouse works swing shift hours and has been dealing with health issues, they were quick and made a very tolerable amount of noise. We highly recommend Topaz Remodeling and will be calling on them for other services.
