Ever property manager quit or was fired. I experienced five different property manager since 2023. Upon every new Management team changed my $810 deposit down to $200 and I was forced correct the account by showing my first least documents. Upon move out my the property manager lied about my payments history and refused to refund my deposit. I never was able to used the dishwasher. It simple didn't drain. The roaches were so bad I had get rid of furniture during move out. The wall were not completely painted only spot painte... read more
I love my apartment here at Patriot Plaza. After living here for about 2 years roughly I've been able to really make it a cozy little spot for myself and the staff have been so accommodating. Shout out to the office personal and maintenance crew that have made sure everything works well in the apartment.Theres like 5 or 6 bus stops just on our block and now we have an Aldi 's right down the street too.
It was a good experience with apartment living, I've always had help when asked for repairs to be done...
Went to tour today and Anna was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable about the property she explained the move in specials and provided me the information that I needed.
