The laundry rooms are constantly gross and filthy due to no one maintaining the cleanliness of them. On 09/02/2025 an older man lost his bowels and sat on the folding table smearing it with his waste. Pictures are attached. There are no washer and dryer hookups in the apartments so these laundry rooms are an "amenity" but they aren't treated as such. They don't even pay the gas bill so you can dry your clothes. Hate to do it but I'm going to tell the truth. The complex is a run down, a blue mess. They straight up don't answer the office phone. You have to go in the office if you need something and if something breaks down or needs to be fixed they take their time fixing it. There's always a new manager, a new leasing agent, new maintenance. The new manager has already got into it with several people who live out here. No comment. The area is unsafe. Car loads of cops and fire and rescue stay out here. There's no on site security. W... read more

i got stranded in florida by people who basically held me hostage and stole my identity and met an older navy veteran that let me come wash my clothes and clean up after a couple days on the street and they ended up evicting him and trespassing me because they said i was homeless and not a guest

El lugar es hermoso acogedor la limpieza que tiene es perfecta el cuidado con que trabajan los jardines es asombrosa no hay nada de basura por donde pasas la vista y sobre todo muy tranquilo,perfecto destino para las personas de las cuales está denominado el nombre..cabe acentuar que el personal trabaja excelente y todo problema y duda Ana está allí para ti al igual que el resto del personal..espero que mi comentario te allá ayudado a elegir…es excelente lugar
