This place is alright but im always dealing with some BS with the maintenance men and landscapers. The landscapers wil cut every inch of grass on this property except for around my apartment and they sometimes trim my plants with weed eaters. Im a white guy so I guess that's why I get this special treatment.
Some of us have jobs. For the past four nights there have been people in the pool with several small children screaming, running around, jumping off tables and generally disturbing the peace starting at 10 PM. It's 12:30 AM right now and they're still at it. This needs to be addressed because it's old now. Everywhere I've lived has had pool hours. Surely no one should be in a pool with small children at midnight.
This community is taking a turn for the better with new management in place. Even though there may have been bad reviews in the past, it is clear that changes are being made to improve the property and create a better environment for the residents. I look forward to seeing the continued progress.
