I stopped by Topaz Repair & Design in Maui to get my watch adjusted, and David was incredibly helpful! He was so sweet and kind—great customer service from start to finish. The whole experience was quick and easy. I’d definitely come back again. If you’re in the area and need any watch or jewelry repair, I highly recommend checking them out!
The shop is only open on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday but definitely worth going to. Found a pendant I loved in Topaz’s studio but wanted a stone in it, David put a stone in it and it turned out beautiful. Great customer service and so friendly. I felt like family.
My diamond on my wedding ring was loose. Walked in an he fixed it in about 60 seconds. With no charge, highly recommend!
Stopped in just to see. Had met Nancy and her sweet dog our 1st night in Maui. I came in a few days later to check her shop out. She and David are absolute gems. She was very patient with me while I was trying to decide. I wasn't able to find exactly what I wanted. She brought out a setting and some loose sapphires for me to choose from. She answered all my questions and helped me find what was best for me and in my budget. They had my new stone set in a couple of hours.
