Unable to get my vehicle title. I was advised that I have to go to the office and pay to have their notary verify who I am so in order to get my title. I’m no longer in California. The office manager argued but she could not provide proof the title was sent when the car was paid off. Easy financing maybe - but ended up being scam artist.
Terrible.

Strange payment options. Rude customer service. Deal with sub par dealerships. Poor language skills. The only reason I left a single star was because there wasn't a lower option. Would advise to ABSOLUTELY NOT do business with them at any cost. Reported them to the better business bureau.
