I recommend this place very highly, My apartment is very spacious, and a great value. It has contemporary appliances and faucets and cabinet hardware. My ceiling fans are new, as well. In addition, there is also an in-unit stackable washer-dryer. The fireplace was a pleasant surprise, too, Patios are small, but private and cozy. Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I decided on the place closer to his job in Austin but Topaz was a close runner up! If it was closer to his job, we definitely would’ve chosen it. The leasing person Stephanie was so kind and welcoming and had a smile on her face the entire time. The maintenance staff also greeted us when we were walking around the property and were so nice. The location is so great and I really enjoyed the fact that there is a built in fireplace.
