I’ve been living here with my boyfriend for over a year now and I really have to say our experience here has been the best by far. We’ve only moved once and as most people, hate the process of moving so we wanted to be particular in where we’d stay. Management is communicative and friendly, and the neighborhood is also quiet and friendly! From touring to signing documents and moving in, all of it was smooth, and I highly recommend coming here if you’re still on the fence about it.
Apartment is mostly great, I just wish maintenance wouldn't let themselves in to test the smoke detectors while I'm sleeping. In my opinion, one should never enter someone's home without permission. It's a violation of privacy. Not to mention, like most San Marcos landlords they nickle and dime you with about $50 worth of fees in addition to rent, like a charge to use a parcel locker.
