Apartment is mostly great, I just wish maintenance wouldn't let themselves in to test the smoke detectors while I'm sleeping. In my opinion, one should never enter someone's home without permission. It's a violation of privacy. Not to mention, like most San Marcos landlords they nickle and dime you with about $50 worth of fees in addition to rent, like a charge to use a parcel locker.
Pleasant apartment for an okay price.
2025 update: Topaz, new and improved Yes, I moved back. It was easier 🤷♀️ It's upgraded and nice, maintenance is way better, and the jobs are done with professional standards Reasonable prices and upgraded amenities. They have lots of places available and put me as a reference;) I'm not too sure about prices or deals.
