Great clean
I had a great experience living at Topaz Apartments in San Marcos. The property is very clean and well-maintained, and the overall community has a great atmosphere. Manager and staff have always been extremely helpful. Always prompt to respond to any issues, with great communication. 5 stars. Thanks guys!!
I lived at the topaz for 2 years and wish I could have stayed longer! Janel, Stephanie, and the maintenance crew were always so responsive and kind. Any maintenance request was always resolved same day, the grounds are always taken care of and clean, and the unit itself was the perfect size for everything I needed. It was also a plus that there was a shuttle to the university just a short walk away. Thank you topaz for 2 amazing years!!
