I have been a customer for 5 years at this location. They used to be great, but recently their staff have become rude and not helpful. They can do with phone etiquette and general customer service. This will be the last time I will use this location.
Dr. Jenny Park is a truly great optometrist. Dr. Park expertly contact optimized my lens prescription for computer work without sacrificing my far vision. She explained everything carefully, expertly and efficiently. Dr. Park showed me the secret of quick and correct contact lens insertion which I had not known even tough I have been wearing contacts for decades. Dr. Park is caring, knowledgeable and profession. Thank you Dr. Park!
