In my past experience with Pain Management doctors have been into pushing pain medication and not in trying to solve the pain. While I think Dr. Topalli and his staff are very kind and well organized and always ready to make your appointment convenient as possible, it was their strive to not mask pain but solve what the cause was that really impressed me the most . I have had a 20 yr problem with my back and hips. He has done more in the months seeing him than any other doctor without narcotics
hi i linda i been coming here to see Dr.Tapalli for almost 2 years now i dont want to go any where else i have came from walking on a walker to walking on my owe i feel really good with the medication he gives me...i come here tell him whats going on he gets right onit..i really love coming here i wouldnt change a thing he does i love it here.. i was about to give up on life until i found him..i give him a 5 star...its days i want to cry in pain i make a call to him he gets on it..
Outstanding Patient care with Dr. Topalli. He takes time with me no matter what I'm scheduled for. He makes sure that I understand what's wrong and what he is doing for me. His staff is courteous , congenial and kind. I would reccomend them to anyone suffering from chronic pain. Thank you all!

I have been a patient of Doctor Topalli for about three years. I am totally baffled by some of negative reviews on this site. He has always treated me well. He isn't a rainbow and butterfly type of guy and I like that. He is straight forward with me and always seems to have my best interest in mind. I also appreciate that he isn't there to simply write prescriptions. The procedures he has performed on me were very professionally done and have actually helped me. I highly recommend him.
On my first visit I was afraid Dr. Totalling wasn't going to help me. However I soon realized that he was making sure that I really needed pain management. Dr Topalli is tough but fair. I thank my oncologist for recommending him!
My experience with Dr. Topalli and his staff at Atlantic Pain Interventions & Rehabilitation has been great. From my very first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the office itself. Dr. Topalli is an excellent doctor who listens to the patient and takes care of him/her with great attention. I would highly recommend Dr. Topalli.
From the first I was very comfortable with Dr. Topalli and his staff, especially his medical assistant Chris. I was treated with resect both to my person and my condition.
Most unprofessional experience I have EVER had ! I am literally still in shock at the events ! This doctor treated us horribly! My husband was referred by his regular Dr.We spent 2 hours doing paperwork vitals and labs ( the nurses were wonderful) Dr came in the room..no introduction.. began yelling at us that we were sent to him by mistake and mocking the referring doctor.He refused to explain this to us and appeared out of control and unstable ! He should not be caring for patients ! Beware !
