It is with sadness that I am scribing this note. I have lived in Ojai for years and have never had a less than professional outcome with the providers till my venture into Topa Topa Opt.... I do not normally write these reviews as I assume most are shills for the provider of which I am not. I have 2 doctoral degrees and 3 professional licenses. Now retired.
