We are extremely pleased with the final product and highly recommend Top Wardrobe. We only wish we had discovered them four years ago during our build! Their designs are both functional and practical, making excellent use of space. There was constant communication throughout the process, from initial consult, to design and quoting. We are thrilled with the process so far with Top Wardrobes. We had a WIR, and two unusual recesses requiring specific cabinetry to fit. So far the consultation, design and measurement process has been flawless. We love being able to have a render to see what the product will look like, and we look forward to seeing it installed soon.
Jennifer and the team were amazing from start to finish. They completed our office cabinets and were amazing throughout the design process to achieve exactly what we wanted. The process was seamless and communication great. The end result is exactly what we wanted and completed to a high standard.
We were asked to visit their showroom to discuss needs after sending dimensions and pictures of what we were looking for at their request. They never sent a quote as promised on their website and the person that served us continued to show us designs that weren’t aligned with our vision and had looked at none of the information we’d sent. Frustrating experience and waste of time.
