Scott was extremely friendly. However we're less than a year in to living in our home and we're about to have to pay thousands of dollars to replace half our patio that is sinking. Yea sure, we should have noticed too, but we were first time home buyers, and he's supposed to be the professional. And our fence is in horrible shape. From a distance it looks fine, but if he had gone anywhere near it, he would have seen that it is rotten on more than half the posts. Those two mistakes will end up costing us probably over 10k! This was the most thorough home inspection I’ve ever witnessed. Took a few hours, and covered everything. Very fairly priced. Highly recommended.

We had to replace the roof (including ALL the decking), tear out all the walls/insulation, hire water restoration people to dry out the family room, then we've done the rebuild ourselves. We literally discovered this problem within hours of moving in. Everyone we've hired to work on the house so far has asked if our house was a foreclosur... read more

I was the seller of a house this guy inspected. I was kind enough to leave the door unlocked to accommodate his schedule. No courtesy call letting me know he was done and the doors were locked. Never have i seen a place left in such a disrespectful manner. Shame on you. I return to the property to find the hot water heater left on high, air conditioning left running on max cool, basement window left open, plumbing access door thrown off and onto floor, railing broken by Scott, with the pieces laid next to his business card. ... read more
