I’m extremely disappointed. I took my car in for a DPF forced regeneration, and they cleared and reset the warning lights. They told me the DPF issue was resolved. But as soon as I drove the car back, I noticed the cooling system seemed to have been damaged—possibly during the regeneration process. Then, just two or three days later, both the DPF warning light and the engine light came back on. It’s honestly so frustrating. I feel like the problem was either misdiagnosed or made worse. This is incredibly upsetting!

Organized and competent in terms of communication, timing and work done. But workshop rate is a ferocious $295 per hour. Ouch.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE - Top Tune Automotive were originally called up for a routine rego check & they upsold me a basic service which I agreed to only to support a local business ( I should have gone back to the boys at Northside who are always trustworthy ) they quoted $560- $580 - I got a call from Kim saying I needed to replace the brake pads & was told $800…I was stunned to be charged almost $2000 at pickup.
