The home inspector sent to us was a very jolly guy. He explained the process to us and told us how long it will take. He told us what to expect after the inspection. He let us go with him as he was inspecting the different parts of the house. Although he didn’t allow us in some areas for our safety, he was able to show us some videos of what he found there. I must say the guy was very thorough because he never missed any area of the house.
Very detailed inspection. Don walked us through and explained everything. Professional and very thorough. Even gave tips for when we make repairs on some items. Highly recommended!
