I being doing business with this company ever since 2015. I have w car that I have purchased rims for through this company. I hit the curb and torn up a rim so I had it replace and at the same time I asked the customer service rep could he replace the front lugs and he told me yes with hesitation! So I left thinking that the lugs got change but they didn’t! I notice a few days later that the lugs was still rust!!
