Unprofessional and disrespectful experience at Top Tire Shop. The staff was rude, the service is semi-overpriced, and the way they treat people in the community is unacceptable. Businesses like this come into neighborhoods, take the community’s money, and show zero respect in return. I was out of town and needed to replace a tire and My biggest issue was when I tried to pay with my credit card and show my military ID — a federal ID — and the guy refused to accept it because he didn’t know how to read it.
