I highly recommend seeing Ashley Owchinko, DPT if you need PT. She’s whipping my recent post op left knee and my soon to be pre op right knee into “top tier” shape in office and with print outs for home exercises. I actually look forward to my appts and have scheduled more than my surgeon required, so that says a lot.
