The entire top-tier roofing team did an amazing job with our house. There were two layers of shingles that needed to be removed installation of the new roof and upgraded vent caps. Communication with David was excellent. The job site was clean while the work was completed on time as planned. I would definitely recommend them for your next roofing or siding job.

Found Top Tier Roofing and Siding by doing an online search, it’s hard to find honest people to do business now a days. Everyone wants to make a quick buck, communication with all parties is very important, from client, owner and crew to avoid any miscommunication. I contacted David and he answered my questions and concerns in a timely manner. They came out and gave me an estimate for a full roof replacement, fascia, soffit and gutters. Our experience with Top Tier Roofing and Siding was honestly pretty good overall. We worked with David and he was easy to deal with from the start. He answered questions we had and explained things a bit more clearly compared to a couple other companies we spoke with earlier. David came to my house and conducted a detailed inspection, including taking an aerial view of the roof to assess the condition and scope of repairs. He walked me through the findings clearly and explained the recommended work in detail. He also provided a presentation folder for my wife and me to review, which included physical samples of different Owens Corning shingle types and color options that would be used for the project.
