Bought a new house and the roof was old so we needed to get it fixed. We received estimates from a few companies which were comparable but opted for Top Tier Roofing for their transparency and responsiveness. Jason was punctual, courteous and helpful during the inspection and estimate process. After we approved the job we worked with Kyle to arrange it. I received excellent customer service with Top Tier Roofing. First, Regina in the office, is very friendly and personanable. Ty Cox came to my home and did a thorough inspection of my attic and roof. He was friendly, professional and provided me a detailed summary of his findings and what to expect. Marvel was the crew supervisor. His crew got my roof done in one day! They did a meticulous job cleaning and left no trace of thier hard work behind. I highly recommend Top Tier Roofing!
