The gentleman that came out and fixed my roof Jason McCracken did an excellent job. He was punctual, professional, & excellent at communicating and at repairing my roof where shingles had came off. I was very impressed with how quickly the company responded, got the gentleman out to my house, and repaired my roof. I would highly recommend this company and Mr. McCracken.

I had an excellent experience from Jason. He was punctual, polite, and extremely knowledgeable of his trade. Even before our appointment time, Jason texted/called to let me know that he was on his way to my house. Those 2 traits from Jason told me that Top Tier Roofing is respecting its customer and having good communication to customer. After showing Jason the leak issue (vent from roof for the gas water heater had water every time it rained), Jason was able to explain what possibly causes the leak and complete the repairs ... read more
