Had a main waterline break at 2 AM and Top-Tier Plumbing took great care of us. Samuel and Tyler went above and beyond to get the parts, fix the issue, and even did a free camera inspection that led to discounted hydro jetting. Professional, friendly, and highly recommend!

I had my toilet replaced and a new one I purchased installed by Samuel Crocker today. He was very courteous and respectful. Samuel answered all my questions and even gave me suggestions to save money and avoid issues on future repairs. I’m always grateful to do business with companies that have an honest team. We called Top Tier Plumbing for a pipe repair after having frustrating experiences with two other plumbers, and we’re really glad we did. They were the third plumber we contacted. We initially called Noble Plumbing, but instead of addressing the pipe repair, they strongly pushed a full repipe for $9,000, which was not what we wanted. We then contacted DeHart Plumbing and clearly stated we did not want PEX piping, yet they still provided a quote that included PEX and a new water heater—basically everything except what we ask... read more

I called Top Tier Plumbing Inc. because my dishwasher return was leaking when I ran the dishwasher. I had already paid someone to fix it and they didn’t get the job done properly. Top Tier Plumbing sent Samuel Crocker to look at it. Samuel. Samuel was right on time to the appointment. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Within 5 minutes he knew what was wrong and proceeded to fix it. He was in and out of my house in no time!
