I had my roof replaced long distance. I met with Jonathan in person once. He gave me a contract and communicated every time plans changed. When he found additional damage this was clearly explained and he gave me alternate solutions. The roof looks great and I am very pleased.
I recently had a new standing seam roof put on my home by Jonathon and his crew. I can't say enough good things about the job they did. Communication was always clear and timely. Work to be performed was well detailed. When the work started there was 8+ inches of snow on the roof. The crew cleared all the snow and removed 3 layers of shingles in just under 2 days. They did a good job at a fair price. Their communication with me was excellent and I would hire them again.
Jonathon and Daniel Stoll were so very nice and attentive to our concerns. The color was exactly what I wanted! The roof was completed in just a few days, even in the below freezing conditions! Their cleanup was spotless! Yes I would definitely recommend Top Tier Roofing.
