I have Service Plus Home Warranty. They sent a service representative from Top Tier Heating and Air to service my ac unit this evening. The time frame for Mr. Thomas Jackson to arrive at my house between 5-7. At 5:45, I sent him pictures of my coil and informed him that my coil was frozen. He explained to me to go to the store to get a blow dryer so he could melt the ice off of the coil. If I could give Technician Thomas Jackson less than a 1star I would! He’s a scam artist, he overcharges so if he’s called to your house for service, RUN!!

Called on Christmas eve attempting to fix heat since it was below freezing. Was assured he would be by later that day so the search was called off due to top Tier’s confirmation. Turned out to be a no show but due to the time I was unable to get anyone else out to fix the problem that day and Christmas was wrung in with space heaters and cold. I would not recommend this company as the operator is unprofessional and unreliable.

If you want to make your issues worse these are the guys. Original issue was a slow leak that more than likely was just inside WE HAD WORKING AC . So we called for a leak check and Thomas who also goes by Rusty came out and told us there’s one leak outside and one in the attic and he could fix it. So we decided to work on the ONE leak outside first. This type of job usually takes around 2-4 hours to fix.
