My garage door spring broke, I called Top Tier Garage Door and they were able to send out a technician within 1.5 hours. Leo was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He explained everything he did during the free estimate and gave me a breakdown of cost for what needed to be done. He was not pushy and did not pressure me to do anything to extra other than the work that was necessary to fix the door springs. Top Tier Garage definitely went above and beyond and I highly recommend this business.

James is amazing! Got a quick reply from him and he offered to come over in 45 minutes. He did an excellent job of explaining all the different aspects of my garage door and what could be the problem. James gave me a very reasonable price and finished the work in no time. I was previously told the work was going to take significantly more money and work. Yet James did it for a great price and my garage door is better working than ever. I highly recommend Top Tier Garage Door Repair

Rochester's Finest. Good to have locals work on your door. Did a fantastic job, and gave us the lowest price.

Before all, they are honest. Could tell me that I need a new garage door; But chose to be honest and just lubricate the door. Now here I am recommending.
