They were never prompt and timely in repairing my AC. Highly recommend them!
I won an Instagram giveaway for a free A/C tuneup, which was perfect for these hot months! We have had some trouble with our A/C taking a bit to cool down by the end of the night. Trae and his team came by today and performed our tune up. We told him what we were experiencing and from there he was straight forward on what we needed. Where usually, you worry about being swindled, didn’t feel like he was upselling us. It is so great to now know about Top Tier and have them in the future for HVAC needs. Thanks guys!
Today I had Trae and his crew come out and install 2, 4 ton American standard units. Him and his crew were the upmost professional and did an amazing job on their install. They were even very friendly with my dogs! Glad to have them installing our new units! Definitely will be using this company again! Highly recommend!!
Wonderful experience! We called Trae on a Sunday, he was very responsive to any questions or messages we sent. He gave us a quote very quicky and the price was very competitive. After getting other estimates, we decided to go with Trae because of how quickly and professionally he responded. He seems to really know his stuff!
