These guys are exceptional! I met Mark a while back because he overheard me talking to an employee at True Value, trying to troubleshoot an AC issue, and I was on the wrong track. He took time out of his day to give me some guidance and solved my issue! Saved me time and money. I got his number, and anytime I need HVAC service I know who I'm calling. I won an Instagram giveaway for a free A/C tuneup, which was perfect for these hot months! We have had some trouble with our A/C taking a bit to cool down by the end of the night. Trae and his team came by today and performed our tune up. We told him what we were experiencing and from there he was straight forward on what we needed. Where usually, you worry about being swindled, didn’t feel like he was upselling us. It is so great to now know about Top Tier and have them in the future for HVAC needs. Thanks guys!

Today I had Trae and his crew come out and install 2, 4 ton American standard units. Him and his crew were the upmost professional and did an amazing job on their install. They were even very friendly with my dogs! Glad to have them installing our new units! Definitely will be using this company again! Highly recommend!!
