Extremely disappointing experience. We were in active discussions with this company for our wedding and had been waiting for over two months while they were on vacation. During that time, we held off on booking other vendors and even passed on other opportunities based on the expectation that they were moving forward with us. Out of nowhere, they backed out via text message, stating they had booked another event for the same date.
