We found out that our wood-sided chimney had seriously deteriorated and needed to be rebuilt, but it was already too late in the season to fix it before the cold weather hit in Sterling. Isaiah was extremely helpful with setting up our appointment and worked with our schedule to make sure we were taken care of quickly.
