Usually I love this place. Always clean location and polite staff. I was charged additional $30 for cat eye on pedi and mani yesterday (which seems high but whatever I agreed). Issue is neither hand nor toes have and shimmer from the effect. Don't know if it was wrong polish or error on tech method of use. I didn't really check them at salon, was in hurry to pick up kids from school. When i got home did I notice the effect was not there and I paid for it (quiet a high price too in my opinion).
