Horrible experience. Went in on Jan 10th to order a custom sized tarp asked the process to get it going he said he was a week out and to come back on the 19th to pick it up showed up Jan 21st tarp isn’t even started the person there told me it would be completed Monday morning called Monday morning told Tuesday. Owner said deposit wasn’t needed to start the work but I guess that was wrong. I had an awning that was about 10 years old. During this time I would only roll it out 1/2 way as I had way to much material for the length of my deck. With the front end old brittle and worn and the back looking like new. I went into google for a repair place and saw Top Tarp Canvas in Fontana Ca, I called and spoke to Max.
