AVOID THIS PLACE at all cost! Rude, dirty, expensive and unprofessional staff. First red flag - almost impossible to understand a single word they said by phone - booking up an appointment was a headache. Second red flag- receptionist didn’t want to provide me with her name for reasons unknown. When I got there - par for the course- they didn’t have my appointment ready and had to explain myself over and over again about the waxing service wanted. Lovely pedicures
I’ve been twice. The first time was great and the second time I wasn’t happy HOWEVER management was open to my feedback and corrected the issue for free. Everyone there is pleasant to deal with.
I got had manicure and pedicure and 10 minute foot massage. During my pedicure, the technician using the tool dug at my right toenail area and I yelped due to the pain and I asked her to do stop cleaning. The technician continued to do my manicure and she did not push the nail beds back so when she put on the nail polish, it did not turn out well. When I came home from the nail salon, my right toe was in pain and I could not sleep at all. I sent the picture of how my right side of my big toe got inflamed. I went to a doctor ... read more
